  1. Basic Policy

  2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
    We will use personal information obtained directly or indirectly only to the extent necessary for our business purposes.
  3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
    We will not provide your personal information to any third party, except as required by laws and regulations.
  4. Security Control Measures
    We implement appropriate security control measures to prevent the loss, alteration, and leakage of personal information. We train our employees who handle personal information on its importance, and when personal information is entrusted to a third party, we ensure appropriate supervision of the entrusted party.
  5. Provision of Information on Equivalent Measures of Affiliated Companies
    Personal information may be shared with the firm’s affiliated companies located in foreign countries. When the affiliates use personal information, the firm will implement measures equivalent to those of the firm itself. Upon request, we will provide information regarding these necessary measures without delay, except in cases where doing so may significantly hinder the proper conduct of the firm’s business.
  6. Recording and Video Recording
    The firm may record the content of calls. Any personal information recorded will be promptly deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.
Policy on the Handling of Personal Information

The firm recognizes the importance of personal information, etc. and has established this policy to ensure the proper handling of such information as an organization.

  1. Purpose of Use
    The firm will specify the purposes for which personal information is used within the scope of its business activities and will acquire, use, and provide personal information fairly and appropriately, to the extent necessary to achieve those purposes.Additionally, the firm will take measures to ensure that acquired personal information is not used for any other purposes.
  2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
    The firm shall comply with the “Act on the Use, etc. of the Number to Identify Specific Individuals in Administrative Procedures” (Number Act), the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (Personal Information Protection Act), the “Guidelines for the Proper Handling of Specified Personal Information (Business Operators’ Edition)” and other laws, regulations and guidelines, and shall handle specified personal information, etc. We will handle specified personal information, etc. in an appropriate manner.
  3. Management of Personal Information
    (1) The firm shall establish handling rules and implement necessary and appropriate security control measures to manage personal information, including preventing the leakage, loss, or damage of such information.
    (2) When the handling of personal information is entrusted to a third party, the firm shall stipulate security control measures in a contract and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the entrusted party.
  4. Continuous Improvement
    The Firm shall establish management rules and a management system for the protection of personal information, ensure that all employees thoroughly implement these rules and systems, and periodically review them for continual improvement.
